ECWA was invited to the JONAH (https://jonahjustice.org) Earth Day open house on April 20th at the Brewing Projekt. Our UW Eau Claire Management and Marketing interns (Ben Quinlivan, Philip Zynda, Miranda Swaziek) who helped us with our graphics and web site made an appearance to meet folks and take the EWCA message to the community (our fourth UWEC contributor, Cameron Scobie wasn’t able to come). A good introduction for the Alliance to the community and for our students with civic engagement!
The open house was a great success – we exchanged concerns and ideas with dozens of folks about the challenges and best practices for preserving Eau Claire’s wonderful waters.
